Are prices in Australian dollars, and do they include GST?

Accepted Answer

All prices are in Australian dollars and quoted exclusive of GST, so Solo is A$199 per month plus GST. Your own invoices to customers are GST-exclusive at the line level, with tax calculated from the tax rates you configure.

What counts as a user?

A user is anyone with their own login — office staff and field technicians alike. Solo includes 1 user and Scale includes up to 5. Beyond that, extra seats are A$59 per user per month.

Question 4

What are AI credits, and what happens if I run out?

AI credits meter the work the Hunter agent does for you — triaging enquiries, drafting quotes and follow-ups, answering calls and writing up records. Solo includes 3,000 a month and Scale includes 10,000. Running low never blocks the software itself: the app keeps working exactly as it does, and only the agent's own work pauses until credits are topped up or the month rolls over.

Are any modules locked to the higher plans?

No. Every plan includes every module — CRM, quoting, scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, assets and bait stations, the recurring maintenance planner, per-state compliance records, HACCP packs, Xero and QuickBooks sync, and the AI agent. The plans differ only on how many users you get and how much AI work is included.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Accepted Answer

You can move between plans as the team changes, and there is no lock-in contract or exit fee. Your data stays yours and can be exported at any time — which matters more here than in most software, because pesticide application records carry statutory retention periods of two to five years depending on your state.
